Registration for the 2008
Football Season and Fall Cheer Season is closed.
YEAR ROUND
CHEER REGISTRATION INFO AND FORMS:
REGISTRATION FEE IS $50.
1. For girls who
participated in the 2008 Fall season, you must send your
registration fee check (no online payments available for
year-round cheer, sorry) to ORYF, 67 Mayflower Lane, Rochester,
MA 02770. Make checks payable to ORYF. Returning
girls will need to have a parent resign the original paperwork
at the first practice.
2. For girls who DID NOT
participate in the 2008 Fall season, you must send your
registration fee check (no online payments available for
year-round cheer, sorry) to ORYF, 67 Mayflower Lane, Rochester,
MA 02770. Make checks payable to ORYF AND YOU MUST ALSO
SEND the following documents:
a) Pop
Warner Registration Form
b) Pop
Warner Medical Form
c) Original Birth Certificate
d) Copy of Final Report Card from
last school year and copy of current term report card
