Maintaining
a football and cheerleading program is an
expensive undertaking.
Equipment, insurance, league fees, and organizational costs can add up
quickly.
However, the payoff for our children and our communities makes it well
worth it. A solid youth program in football and cheer gives our kids a
tremendous advantage at the high school level and beyond. It promotes physical
fitness, builds confidence, develops social skills, and teaches the
concepts of teamwork and fair play.
As Old Rochester Regional High School Head Football Coach, Henry
Quinlan, has said, "Having a strong youth football program is such an
important part of achieving success at the high school level. I'm thrilled
